Are you dreaming of a special holiday? Perhaps you should experience the freedom and independence to do what you want when you want… Choose Villa Vittoria as your self catering accommodation among the Amalfi Coast villas. The house is situated in Praiano, a village between Amalfi and Positano, but away from the hustle and bustle of the big centres. The location, however, is just perfect to explore the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast. Villa Vittoria can be reached from the State Road by climbing down a trail consisting of 62 confortable steps. It is located on the rocky coast above the sea and its terraces face the medieval tower Asciola, an old bulwark built to defend the village from the Saracen attacks. The villa has two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a living-room with a fireplace. The two rooms communicate directly with the large terrace overlooking the sea which is equipped with tables, chairs, beach-umbrella and barbecue. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and terraces, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven, microwave, electric coffee-maker and toaster. The villa is provided with Hi-Fi, satellite TV and telephone. It has its own garage on the main road. In the garden, between the lemon tree and the fig tree, a swimming pool will make more pleasant your stay at the villa in summer. You can easily walk to the beach La Praia or find along the road the starting point to climb the path which takes you to the top of the Lattari Mountains, a trail followed by many tourists who want to discover the natural beauties of the Coast.


NOTE: 50,00 EUR for final cleaning and 30,00 EUR per week for electric energy used. Refundable deposit: 250 EUR.
